St. Hildegard’s Community is ever yearning to grow. Recognizing that membership is not the only or
the most important measurement of success, we strive instead for the types of growth resonant in the
maturation of our souls.
We understand that growth can mean the rediscovery of joy, or the quenching of spiritual hunger, or
the renewal of enthusiasm that we may have lost amidst the tumult of our daily struggles.
Growth is fiery greening of our internal lives. We cultivate it through our creativity in the ways we
worship, gathering to share each others’ lives, and learning from guides of many traditions and from one
another.
